Course Master: Didier Depireux  Covers the origin and analysis of various biological signals, especially those arising from the nervous system. Emphasis is on the measurement and interpretation of these signals by techniques such as spectrum analysis, average evoked responses, single-unit histograms, and pattern recognition. Students establish theoretical background of random processes. Prerequisites: differential and integral calculus. Offered in the Spring semester, every other year.Offered in:
