ResearchEnvironmental and occupational health is a subject that spans multiple disciplines; epidemiological tools are used to study toxic agent biomarkers and their influence on human health. Current research addresses gene environment interactions and their roles in the development of cancer, such as bladder, lung and breast cancer.
Lab TechniquesEpidemiological studies, and more specifically case-control design, are used to conduct the research.
